* Provide onsite support for vehicle launch
* Facilitate Vehicle Integration testing, both in the wind tunnel and on the road; specifically environmental, snow packing, altitude, transport and water management testing, and report out using the eFDVS system
* Determine vehicle weight ratings using the buildable combinations of the vehicle, updating as the options change
* Create the program label matrix and ensure that they all end up on the vehicles and meet Ford standards
* Record and maintain the build specs for vehicle builds, tracking changes as they arise
* Record and track issues in the AIMS system
* Attend daily meetings to keep abreast of the program issues and present VI testing, weight, label and build spec information
* Created an Excel database to determine whether frame holes overlap. Ford used this database as a template for the web based FREDOM system.

* Audit prototype vehicles and work with finance and program management to release missing labels
* Follow up on issues with the air horn that arise from prototype testing
* Work with designers to update parts in vehicle CAD drawing
