I have many years of experience prior to receiving my professional education that have provided me with a unique sense of responsibility, perspective and a hands-on skillset. The combination of these skills and education enables me to generate unique solutions to difficult interdisciplinary problems with very fast turnaround times. I possess the ability to create strong, rational and analytical plans while simultaneously injecting a unique sense of passion and creativity
Given a set of business requirements and customer needs, I can generate a set of systems requirements and use them to architect, design, fabricate and test any type of electronic, mechanical or software system from prototype to manufacturing, without any external support. Of course, working in a team is always preferred. However, having these skills gives me the ability to sub for anyone on the team as a safety net. Additionally, it helps with my ability to effectively communicate with anyone on the team.
On a small team my best fit is managing the design and production processes, requirements analysis, problem solving and mechanical and electrical CAD. On a large team my best fit is whatever is task is currently needed. I am good at keeping projects moving forward when people get sick or leave. Additionally, because I understand the entire project, I am good at detecting design flaws early.
