EXPERIENCE
Chassis Surveyor Container Maintenance Corporation (CMC), Rincon, GA 2015- Present Perform detailed inspections of damaged chassis, including welds, structural integrity, brakes, tires, wiring, suspension and other miscellaneous damages. Create inspection reports of damaged chassis per specific tariffs between the owner and the management company. Direct communication with the customer and CMC management to ensure that repairs are performed and documented, while upholding the specifications of each tariff. Perform pre-managerial and Operations Director duties including the assurance that International Longshoreman Association (ILA) union workers performed their duties according to OSHA and industry standards. Ensure the consistent flow of production and operations to maximize employee production and company efficiency/profitability. Perform feasibility analyses to determine the selection of chassis to be repaired based on safety, the financial impact upon the customer, and the feasibility of the repair, while prioritizing the confirmed repair projects.
