Accomplishments and Highlights
• Produced and delivered a comprehensive presentation for Unit Petroleum on the performance of the company’s wells and developed recommendations to improve field performance.
• Lead engineer responsible for developing the designs, estimates, and profitability parameters for an RFP that resulted in Halliburton winning a $6 million, 40-well engagement and becoming the customer’s sole source provider in the Rockies Region.
• Re-engineered and improved a lengthy "Daily Well Optimization Report". The changes reduced completion time by 50% and as a result it was rolled out by Halliburton.

• As a member of the business development team, developed detailed proposals and quotes, including full equipment specifications, costing information, and gross profit and net profit analysis.
• Represented Rocky Mountain Artificial Lift division as the Tech team member responsible for communicating market information and growth prospects to upper management for our product service line.
• Coordinated with other product service lines to offer a comprehensive and versatile solution when faced with difficult well conditions.
• Monitored 50+ wells daily to ensure efficient performance and superior customer satisfaction.
• Created daily summary and optimization reports on well performance and identified opportunities for operational improvement.
• Sized electrical submersible pumps in a variety of applications based on customer provided reservoir data.
• Created design packages for new well installations, including supporting pump curves and sizing reports to support business development professionals in sales meetings with the customer.
• Wrote several "Dismantlement, Inspection and Failure Analysis" reports for pumps removed from service.
• Participated in customer well review meetings in which I reported on the operational status of their wells.
• Coordinated with supply chain to accurately fill inventory requests and ensure the proper equipment was shipped from the manufacturing facility in OKC.
