Lead all aspects of engineering for the light tower product line. Provide guidance and supervision to engineering and design staff ensuring design goals and cost targets are met. Coordinate with Product Management to plan and manage new product introduction projects to meet customer needs. Create, analyze, and approve new designs using Solidworks / Windchill. Collaborate with Strategic Global Sourcing, Purchasing, and Supplier Quality to evaluate and select suppliers and resolve supplier quality issues to ensure a defect-free product.
