Project Engineer/ Manager
•Managed the delivery of LO-CAT® custom-designed proprietary-technology treatment systems for hydrocarbon gas streams. Coordinated process engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, document control, delivery and billing. Responsible for complete management of scope, risk assessment, cost & schedule for process engineering packages and large capital equipment supply projects from inception to successful start-up. These worldwide projects ranged in size from $1.0MM to $10MM.

Commercialization Engineer
• Lead cross functional teams to successfully commercialize new slurry based products using Design for Six Sigma and Phase & Gate tools. iCue 5306E represented 70% of the revenue for the Copper Business line. Enabled CMC to enter a new market segment using the C6000 platform winning two major customers. C6000 products generated $1.7 MM in sale, in their introductory year.
• Set-up and ran Design of Experiments (DOE) to determine formulation and manufacturing operating windows. Used FMEA analysis to highlight and mitigate product and process risks by developing and implementing continuous improvement plans.
• Responsible for validating all chemical and process changes in an application based environment.

•Directed the successful development of NC-00750, a non-commercially available intermediate used in the production of Neotame, a new sweetner 40 times sweeter than NutraSweet and 8,000 times sweeter than sugar. Managed with production of 4 metric tons of this key intermediate at desired cost targets. Selected then negotiated a manufacturing contract with a cGMP custom manufacturer to produce the product. Accountabilities also included transferring the technology, equipment design, addressing ES&H aspect and quality assurance issues for both the raw materials and the product.
