Gyro Yield Improvement Project – Led a multidisciplinary team of 11 engineers, scientists and technical specialists for a failure investigation on gyroscopes production fall out. Completed failure investigation on complex inertial navigation sensor and implemented solutions to double gyro production yield within 8 months resulting in $1.5 million cost savings per annum. Also improved Gyro throughput, reliability, manufacturing capacity, revenue, and profit.
Gyro Technology Improvement Program – Was selected to manage the business critical gyro technology development program to meet company’s goal of becoming a world leader oil & gas wellbore positioning. Projects delivered resulted in improved reliability, profitability and market share. Responsibilities: Stakeholders’ engagement, requirements definition, project strategic prioritization, to ensure program delivery on quality, cost, and schedule. US$ 4 billion fixed-scope turnkey EPCM, 10 year nuclear decommissioning framework project. Responsibilities: Project plans, engineering estimates, resource management, scope and budget control, progress reporting, multidisciplinary project interface & progress review meetings, Lead/attend design, safety, and constructability reviews - HAZOP & 3D model reviews, Technical proposals, feasibility studies, design justification reports and construction reports, Site/route survey, conceptual equipment /piping layouts, sketches, Plot plans, P&ID, general arrangements, & detailed drawings, and all designs and deliverables, including piping specifications, design calculations, datasheets, requisitions, technical bid evaluation (TBE), mechanical scope of work, client/vendor document review, stress analysis on CAESAR II and support design.
