Industrial Engineer (2013 – present)
Lead Engineer for all Seasonal Brown Box Corrugation and custom containers. Provide support to manufacturing, distribution and fulfillment operations to ensure the proper equipment, materials, layout, methods and labor utilization tools are available to operate as efficiently as possible. Primary duties are specific to distribution, fulfillment, and warehouse management.
*Lead Engineer for Seasonal Sortation operations, related projects, and Engineering related tasks.
*Investigate, gather, analyze, and design processes for improvements to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
*Supported fulfillment in planning and labor management by providing manual labor standards developed through MTM techniques and time studies.

*Realized $316k in annual corrugation, transportation, and labor savings through redesign of primary seasonal carton and onetime cost of $15,000 in tooling and labor.
*Realized $20,000+ annual labor saving through process change and new equipment purchases of approximately $4,800.
