• Preform project management tasks by establishing project scope, design, presentation, obtaining and evaluating bids, monitoring budget and schedules, developing Approval for Expenditure and Management of Change documents, monitoring contractors, and supervising consultants.
• Document all phases of project design, construction, and installation in order to verify compliance with applicable design and construction practices and codes.
• Develop preliminary project scope documents and project design specs from conceptual tasks.
• Monitor progress of all project phases to verify compliance with budget and schedule estimates.
• Prepare project budget proposals, estimates, purchases, cost justifications, and timelines needed for efficient completions of tasks.
• Provide project follow-up upon completion of installation including recommended preventative maintenance of equipment, acquisition of spare parts, assistance with operating procedure development, and start up assistance.
• Communicate to inform all refinery departments of project detail to ensure appropriate review and approval steps are completed for each element and phase of project.
• Solicit contract engineering and consulting services necessary for supplemental project design assistance, directing and monitoring the work of hired consultants.
Project manager of “Lubes Blending Project” which involved the installation of thirteen new metering runs, two lube oil loading pumps with strainers, four 6” transfer pipe lines amounting around 3000 feet, multiple design/engineering/electrical/programming services.
o Developed a scope, schedule, and generated corporate monthly progress reports.
o Scheduled and conducted meetings with project team to communicate the duties, schedule of the project, and plan shutdowns.
o Day to day project management to ensure project is adhering to budget and schedule.
o Performed design calculations to ensure products purchased will perform as desired.
o Worked with project team to specify and procure major equipment and instrumentation.

Project engineer of “Platformer Revamp Project” which involves install of two NGL (Natural Gas Liquid) storage tanks, a heater, a new structure, eleven pumps, two vessels, two exchangers, and a truck loading station.
o Supported project manager in management tasks, attended meetings, HAZOP, and model reviews, walked down job site with bidders/contractor, worked with construction manager to ensure project deliverables are as scheduled, procured equipment as drawings were issued, and reported weekly progress to managers/parties involved.

Project developer and manager of “EWVI Hazardous Chemical Storage Warehouse” which involved install of two high capacity fire rated chemical storage cabinets and a containment berm.
o Had to research SDSs(MSDSs) and NFPA code to analyze which chemical can be stored together, what environment they need stored in, and a viable way upgrade the out of date storage at the refinery with minimal cost, then presented findings.
o Planned, proposed, presented, procured, and oversaw installation of equipment.
